Doctor Emmett Brown known more commonly as Doc Brown is the meet-and-greet character at Universal Studios Florida from Back to the Future. Dr. Brown is a mad scientist, with rather quirky and emotional manners, but also a very kind person. He invented the flux capacitor, that makes time travel possible, and built a time machine out of a DeLorean car.
