Gelli printing is a mono-printing technique using a “gel” plate (nontoxic synthetic gelatin). Gelli printing is adventurous, experimental, and quite addictive.Working quickly and intuitively, you will create a series of prints in a multi-layered process. Stencils, found textures, stamps, and organic materials will be printed on various types of papers.Your prints can be used as collage material for journaling, card making, or as the foundation for a work of mixed media art.I look forward to sharing the excitement of revealing each print with you.Materials for Gelli Print Class: All materials will be provided with the option of purchasing your 8" x 10" plate at the end of class for $26 payable to SCAA.Feel free to bring fresh botanicals, ie ferns, leaves, flowers etc. Also, unscented baby wipes.Instructor: Debbie EngelWednesday | 1 dayAugust 2410am - 12:30pmMembers $70 | Non-Members $90About Our Classes
